1. Double checked the files you sent? - Nearly all issues with a printed piece are caused by improper file setup. The issues include: transparency, fonts not outlined, incorrect document size, pantone colors, lack of bleed and so on.

2. Checked your files and have determined proper file setup was used? (Fill out a form on the next page)

If so please get photos of the incorrectly printed piece and include when filling out the form. To investigate issues with a printed job in a timely manner, it is essential to include photos so our troubleshooters can see what you see.
